Bilingual Conversational Audio-Video Contributor (Remote/Project-Based) Project Overview We are seeking fluent bilingual speakers to participate in a large-scale natural, spontaneous audio-video recording project designed to train next-generation AI models. This project spans a total of 700 working hours of content. Working in pairs, you and a partner will engage in unscripted, fluid video conversations, dynamically switching between English and a target language. This is not an interpretation or translation task—we want to capture how bilingual speakers naturally, visually, and organically converse in everyday life. Project Workflow & Milestones To ensure the recording quality aligns with client standards, the project will follow a strict milestone-based assignment structure: The Pilot Phase: Selected pairs will start with an initial 25-minute pilot conversation session. Client Review: The pilot recording will be submitted to the client for quality and format approval. Full Assignments: Once the client approves the pilot, the pair will be cleared for regular assignments. Full recording sessions will be a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 2 hours per session. Ongoing Continuity: New recording assignments will be steadily assigned immediately following the successful approval of each previous session, contributing toward our total project goal of 700 hours. Key Responsibilities Engage in Natural Audio-Video Dialogue: Participate in recorded video sessions via standard platforms (Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype). Fluid Code-Switching: Speak spontaneous, natural English while effortlessly switching back and forth into one of our 7 target languages mid-conversation. Unscripted Navigation: Speak freely without a rigid script, guiding the conversation using specific, everyday topics and quality measures provided by the team. Target Languages (Choose One) Candidates must be completely fluent in English PLUS one of the following target languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Vietnamese Candidate Requirements Native or Native-Level Fluency: Absolute fluency in both English and your chosen target language. Organic Conversationalists: Ability to speak spontaneously, avoiding rigid, formal, or "read-from-a-script" tones on camera. Technical Setup: Access to a quiet, well-lit space free of background noise, a stable internet connection, and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device with a high-quality web camera capable of running video calls.
