I need a fully-branded client portal for Englingua Academy that lives primarily in Notion, is project-managed through ClickUp, Notion, and relies only on free or integrations wherever possible. Two separate spaces have to be designed with strict role-based access: • Student Dashboard • Corporate Client Dashboard Each area should surface only the information relevant to that user type while sharing a common back-end so I can update data once and have it cascade everywhere. STUDENT DASHBOARD must present • real-time Attendance Tracker • auto-generated Progress Reports • Homework Upload area that lets learners attach files directly from desktop or mobile. CORPORATE CLIENT DASHBOARD needs • aggregated Attendance metrics for every enrolled employee • at-a-glance Progress Reports (team and individual) • curated Learning Resources that I can expand over time. Core build requirements – Consistent Englingua Academy branding throughout (colours, fonts, logo, favicon). – AI Tutor widget created in Google AI Studio and embedded so learners can ask questions right inside the portal. – Stripe payment links added to the relevant pages for easy invoice settlement. – Mobile-friendly layouts: all key views must display cleanly on phones and tablets. – A final handover video (screen-recorded with narration) showing how to edit dashboards, replace assets, and manage permissions. 1.
