I have a short ID document, under 1,000 words, that must be rendered from clear, correct English into equally clear, official-sounding Romanian. Because it is an identity document, every field, heading, stamp, and number has to stay in exactly the same order and layout, so you will be translating and proofreading side by side with the original to be sure nothing is missed. What I need from you: • a Romanian version laid out to mirror the source file (Word or editable PDF is fine) • a quick self-proofread so typos, diacritics, and line breaks are spotless • a short note explaining any terms that cannot be translated literally (if any) Native-level Romanian and proven experience with formal documents are must-haves. If you have handled passports, driver’s licences, or similar IDs before, let me know in your bid. Once we agree on the timeline I will send the file right away and expect the finished copy back in the same format, ready for immediate use.
