I built Kamyabi.in—the job portal you will review—inside GoDaddy’s Airo website builder. The site is online and functional, yet the overall user experience still feels basic and the pages open a bit slower than I would like. I’m ready to hand the next stage of polish to a specialist who can quickly elevate both its look and its performance. Scope of work • User Interface upgrades ‑ Redesign the homepage so it immediately communicates value and encourages sign-ups. ‑ Rework the navigation menu for cleaner, more intuitive browsing. ‑ Refine the search and filter components so jobseekers can narrow results with fewer clicks. • Performance tuning ‑ Bring initial page load to under two seconds on both desktop and mobile (current desktop score hovers around the 60s on PageSpeed). ‑ Optimise images, minify CSS/JS, and add lazy-loading or CDN support where the GoDaddy environment allows. Acceptance criteria 1. New UI is implemented in Airo (or via custom code injection) without breaking existing database-driven pages. 2. Google PageSpeed Insights shows “Good” in Core Web Vitals for the homepage and listings page. 3. All key user flows—register, search, apply—remain functional after the makeover. 4. You document every change so I can maintain it myself later.
