I need a meticulous transcriptionist who can take our long-form audio recordings—each one runs well over an hour—and turn them into clean, publication-ready text. The material is general in nature rather than technical or medical, but accuracy and consistency are still paramount because these transcripts feed directly into internal knowledge bases and client-facing documents. You will receive professionally captured audio files (interviews, meetings, or the occasional lecture), and I will rely on you to: • Produce a polished, fully proofread transcript in Word or Google Docs • Flag any inaudible sections clearly with timestamps • Preserve speaker labels and natural flow without unnecessary filler A typical assignment is a single file of 60-90 minutes; turnaround is 48 hours once you confirm receipt. Reliability, an ear for detail, and respect for confidentiality will be the keys to success on this project.
