Project Title: Freelance Telecaller Needed for US Market (High Incentives) Role Overview: Seeking a dedicated and results-driven freelance telecaller to handle outbound calls targeting clients in the USA. The primary goal is to pitch our services, generate interest, and successfully convert leads into fully onboarded clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US during US business hours (e.g., EST or PST). Clearly and effectively communicate our service offerings and handle any prospect inquiries or objections. Seamlessly guide interested prospects through the entire conversion and onboarding process. Maintain accurate daily logs of calls made, prospect statuses, and follow-ups required. Requirements: Exceptional spoken English with a neutral or US accent. Prior experience in international telecalling, BPO, or sales, specifically dealing with the US market. A quiet workspace, high-speed internet connection, and professional calling equipment (noise-canceling headset). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Compensation Structure: Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and interview). Performance Incentives: ₹5,000 bonus for multiple client that is successfully converted and completes the onboarding process.
