I already run ERPNext on my server and now want it tailored to fit the day-to-day realities of a stone-crushing yard that also works on government road-building contracts. The core of the job is to adapt the standard modules so that they speak our language, capture the right data, and produce reports my auditors and project officers will accept without question. Please shape ERPNext so that it can: • Inventory management – track boulders in, aggregates out, spare-parts consumption, and explosive stock with real-time valuations tied to individual quarries and crusher plants. • Customer relationship management – follow enquiries, tenders, and work orders from PWD and NHAI, link them to delivery challans, and keep the site engineers in the loop through email alerts. • Financial accounting – map royalties, GST, TDS and retention money to the correct ledgers, generate project-wise profit reports, and automate milestone-based invoicing that matches the government e-bill format. Along the way I expect clean doctype customisations, role-based permissions, and scripts kept upgrade-safe so future ERPNext patches don’t break anything. A short hand-over call, annotated code, and a step-by-step deployment guide will complete the assignment.
