I need our new ERPNext instance stood up, configured, and seamlessly integrated with our live Magento store, all while matching the UX that has already been designed. The scope covers three core ERPNext modules—Accounting, Inventory Management, and HR & Payroll—and each of them will require more than a simple out-of-the-box setup. The build has to accommodate major customizations, specifically: • Custom reports that pull real-time figures from both ERPNext and Magento, including consolidated sales, margin analysis, and payroll cost breakdowns. • Tailored workflows to streamline order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and payroll approval processes, with role-based routing and automated notifications. Data must flow bi-directionally so product catalogs, stock levels, customer records, invoices, and financial postings remain in sync at all times. Please work within the UX guidelines I will supply—layouts, color palette, and navigation patterns are already defined. Deliverables I will sign off on: 1. Deployed ERPNext environment configured for Accounting, Inventory, and HR & Payroll. 2. Magento connector fully operational with scheduled syncs and error logging. 3. All agreed custom reports and workflows live and documented. 4. Administrator and end-user documentation plus a short training session (recorded). 5. Source code, scripts, and credentials handed over in a secure manner. I am open to discussing further field additions if they surface during analysis, but the primary focus is getting the core system live, integrated, and stable.
