We need a comprehensive inspection of both the roads and paths in the Yes estate in St Ives, Cambs (approximately 200 houses). The roads and paths are not adopted, so we as residents are responsible for their condition. Inspection focuses on: - Maintenance status - Safety hazards Deliverables: - Written document - Photos Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in infrastructure inspection - Attention to detail - Ability to provide clear, professional written reports - Proficiency in photography for documentation Copy of the site plan and last report (2024) attached. Note - All items on the last report were rectified and signed off.
