# Job Brief: Etsy Gallery Images — UK Executor Spreadsheet ## What this project is We sell a UK Executor Spreadsheet on Etsy (a companion product to a UK Executor Workbook, for people managing estate administration after a death). We need a 13-image Etsy gallery that shows our real product's actual screens, but designed and polished to a premium, best-in-class standard — better than our direct competitors' listings. ## What's attached 1. **1 demo spreadsheet file** (.xlsx, "UK Executor Spreadsheet — Complete Ashworth demo") — this is the actual real product, with fictional demo data filled in. This is the single source of truth for all data, layout and content in the final images. 2. **10 reconstructed spreadsheet images** (SRC-01 to SRC-10) — realistic mock-ups of the spreadsheet's tabs, created for us as a starting point. They are close to the real thing but were recreated rather than screenshotted directly, so treat them as a helpful reference, not gospel. 3. **13 reference images** (REF-01 to REF-13) — these show the exact visual style, layout, device staging and information density we want the final images to match or beat. They were produced by AI and use invented placeholder data — they are a style benchmark only, not something to trace or reuse directly. You have a free hand on how you get from spreadsheet to final image: use our SRC-01 to SRC-10 reconstructions as-is if they look accurate, improve on them, or open the attached .xlsx yourself and take your own screenshots or crops directly from the real file — whichever route gets the best, most accurate result is fine with us. ## The task For each of the 13 reference images, recreate it using content that matches the real spreadsheet (either via our SRC reconstructions or your own screenshots from the .xlsx), in the same style, layout and polish as the reference image. You have creative license on framing, cropping, device mockup choice, shadows, colour grading and callout box positioning — the point is to make our real product look as good as the AI reference images do, not to paste a flat screenshot into a template. ## Hard rule — non-negotiable Whatever route you take to the final image, every number, label, name and cell value shown must ultimately trace back to the real spreadsheet (the attached .xlsx). Do not invent, retype, or carry over any data from the AI reference images. If you spot our SRC reconstructions differing from the real spreadsheet, the spreadsheet wins. These are marketing images for a live Etsy listing — they must accurately represent the product a buyer will receive. ## Callout accuracy Several reference images have arrows or text boxes pointing to specific features (e.g. "Status dropdown, colour-coded automatically"). Please shoot genuinely distinct crops, angles or zoom levels for each so the final gallery doesn't repeat the same image four times. ## What we're looking for in your bid Please share 2 to 3 examples of past work where you've taken a real screenshot or photo and composited/retouched it into a polished marketing image (product mockups, UI showcases, before/after work). This is specifically a "make a real thing look great" task, not a template-fitting task, so examples of that specific skill matter more than general graphic design portfolio breadth. ## File specs - Final format: PNG, 2000x2000px (Etsy's recommended gallery size) - 12 final images, named to match the REF numbering above - Please deliver editable/layered source files (PSD or similar) alongside the flattened PNGs, so we can make minor text edits later without going back to you for every change ## Timeline & budget [Add your target turnaround and budget range here before posting]
