Most days you’ll be inside Etsy Seller Hub adjusting titles, tags, and photos so each product surfaces in search; tools like eRank, Marmalead, Canva, or Photoshop are completely fine if they help you squeeze out a little more visibility. When shoppers write in, I want them to feel heard within 24 hours, even if it’s just a quick update or tracking link. On the fulfillment side, you’ll coordinate with my print-on-demand partner, double-check addresses, and confirm shipments so the order queue stays clean and customers stay happy.
