I run a small but growing Etsy shop and I’m ready to hand off the day-to-day platform work to someone who knows Etsy inside out. You’ll log in with me, review what’s already there, and then take charge of whatever keeps the storefront running smoothly—whether that’s creating polished listings with strong SEO keywords, processing incoming orders promptly, updating inventory, or replying to customer messages in a friendly, brand-consistent voice. I supply all product photos, pricing and copy points; you transform them into search-friendly titles, tags and descriptions, schedule postings at optimal times, and keep an eye on analytics so we can tweak what isn’t converting. When orders come in, you confirm details, print labels, mark items shipped, and follow up with buyers if any issues arise. A short weekly report outlining new listings, traffic shifts, and customer feedback will be the main deliverable so I always have a clear snapshot of performance.
