I need an EU-registered IP representative to act as a communication relay point for my trademark application with the EUIP. My trademark is currently in progress in another region. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a relay between our company and the EUIP to handle any communication requests. - Ensure compliance with EU trademark regulations for an application initiated by a UK-based company. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Previous experience with EU trademark applications (preferred but not mandatory). - Basic understanding of communication requirements related to retail industry trademarks. - Registered as an EU IP representative.
