I'm looking for individuals based in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey with passports valid for at least six months to visit their local Visa Application Centre as regular applicants. You'll move through the initial steps of the public process, paying close attention to signage, queue management, staff courtesy, and overall efficiency. Afterwards, you'll complete a short online questionnaire so I can capture the real customer experience from entry to exit. Deliverables: One in-person visit (~20–30 min) to any of the Visa Application Centres in Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey. Completed feedback form submitted within 12 hours of the visit. Acceptance Criteria: Observations must be specific, honest, and cover staff attitude, clarity of instructions, and any pain points encountered. Only reports demonstrating you actually entered the premises and interacted with staff will be approved.
