Fleet Management System Development (Excel / Low-Code) Hi, I'm looking for an experienced Excel developer (or someone with expertise in Excel automation, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, or Microsoft Power Apps) to redesign our existing fleet management workbook into a professional, user-friendly operational management system. We are a diesel generator rental company, and we currently manage our daily operations using an Excel sheet. The workbook already contains our live operational data, which will be shared with you. The objective is to **improve and expand the existing workbook**, not replace the data. ### Scope of Work The new workbook should include: * Professional dashboard with live KPIs * Running DG (Generator) Register * Fleet Inventory * Driver Register * Vehicle Register * Battery Register * Service & Maintenance Register * Dispatch / Delivery Challan (DC) Register * Payment & Outstanding Tracker * Search and filter functionality * Automatic calculations (days on hire, service due, return due, etc.) * Conditional formatting and alerts * Drop-down menus and data validation * Printable reports * Modern and easy-to-use interface ### Photo Management One important requirement is handling generator photographs. I do **not** want large images embedded directly into Excel cells. The solution should display uniform thumbnails or clickable photo links while keeping the workbook clean, fast, and easy to navigate. ### Existing Workbook I will provide my current Excel workbook containing all existing operational data. Some fields are intentionally blank, and they should remain unchanged unless discussed. The developer should preserve the existing information while redesigning the workbook into a more professional system. ### Future Vision The workbook should be designed with scalability in mind, as we may eventually convert it into a web-based fleet management application. A clean structure and well-organised data are therefore very important. If you've built similar fleet management, inventory management, rental management, or asset tracking systems before, please include examples or screenshots of your previous work. I value clean design, automation, ease of use, and long-term maintainability over unnecessary complexity.
