I have several subscription-based online databases that hold our customer records, and I need those details transferred into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. The information to capture for every customer includes: • Full name and current contact information • Complete purchase history (dates, items, amounts) • Key demographic fields already defined in the source The workbook should arrive clean, de-duplicated, and formatted so each data category sits in its own clearly labeled column. Consistent date and currency formats are important for the purchase history, and any missing fields should be tagged for quick follow-up rather than left blank. Deliverables • One .xlsx file containing all customer entries, ready for immediate analysis • A brief change log noting any anomalies or unresolved records Accuracy and attention to detail matter more than speed, but I do appreciate realistic progress updates along the way so I can keep stakeholders informed. If you already use power tools like Excel’s Power Query or simple VBA macros to streamline large imports, feel free to apply them—I welcome efficient workflows as long as the final sheet remains fully editable in standard Excel 2019+.
