I have a handful of spreadsheets—fewer than one-hundred total rows—that need to be brought into my Zoho Books account. The files don’t share a common layout, so each sheet requires a quick review, light clean-up, and proper field mapping before upload. Three kinds of records are involved: Invoices, Contacts and Expenses. Once everything is imported I should be able to open Zoho Books and see each invoice matched to the correct contact, with the related expense coded to the right category. You’re free to use any combination of Zoho Books’ CSV template, manual entry, or the native import tool, as long as the end result is accurate and no duplicate contacts are created. A brief note describing the mapping you used will help me trace any issues later. Deliverables • Cleaned Excel files (if you chose to reorder columns) • Successful import of all invoices, contacts and expenses into my Zoho Books account • A short summary of the field mapping and any assumptions made I can provide the spreadsheets and Zoho access as soon as we agree on the workflow and timeline.
