I’m putting together a three-hour Excel workshop for an Information Technology team of roughly 15–20 people and I need a complete training package that hits both basic and intermediate skills. The focus is on practical ability, so every concept has to be reinforced with hands-on activities. Content scope • Core formulas and functions we rely on every day • Efficient data analysis using pivot tables and related tools Session assets • A clear, well-structured PowerPoint deck that can carry the whole three-hour class • Live demo files and datasets my team can manipulate during each exercise • Step-by-step facilitator notes so the flow is easy to follow and timing stays on target Digital handbook I also want a concise, searchable PDF/OneNote style handbook that summarises each formula covered and offers practice exercises with complete solutions for after-class reference. Everything must be tailored to an IT audience—examples should speak to log files, ticket metrics, system inventories, or similar datasets they handle daily. If you’ve built similar corporate workshops before and can deliver polished, reusable materials, I’d love to see a sample slide and one exercise outline with your proposal.
