Covers core formulas (IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, TEXT functions) and pivot tables. Each slide has a clear takeaway and a prompt for the hands-on exercise. Demo files and datasets – Realistic IT data. Think log files with timestamps and error codes, ticket metrics (open/closed by priority, SLA breaches), system inventory lists with hardware specs. Everything your team can manipulate during the session. Facilitator notes – Step-by-step. Timings for each section (e.g., 20 mins intro, 40 mins formulas, 30 mins pivot tables, etc.). Included prompts, common pitfalls, and questions to ask. Makes it easy for whoever's teaching. Digital handbook – A searchable PDF with one page per formula. Each page has the syntax, an IT-relevant example, and a practice exercise with a worked solution. Your team can keep it for reference later.
