Seeking International Tax Adviser (Australia / Vanuatu / Vietnam) I am looking for an experienced international tax adviser to review and provide practical advice on a proposed cross-border consulting business structure. I am an Australian citizen who has ceased Australian tax residency. I have an Australian company which will continue servicing Australian clients and a Vanuatu company which will service all international clients. Advice sought: 1. Review proposed structure and identify any tax or legal risks. 2. Confirm likely tax residency implications across Australia, Vietnam and Vanuatu. 3. Assess any permanent establishment or management-and-control risks for the Vanuatu company. 4. Advise whether contracting personally to the Vanuatu company is the most appropriate structure. 5. Recommend the most tax-efficient and compliant way to extract funds (contract fees, dividends, retained earnings, etc.). 6. Identify any governance, documentation or structural improvements that would strengthen the arrangement. I am looking for someone with demonstrated expertise in Australian expatriate tax, international business structuring, cross-border consulting businesses, and ideally experience with Vanuatu and/or Vietnam.
