Title Senior Bubble.io SaaS Developer / Architect – Commercial Asset Management Platform (Long-Term Project) Description I am looking for an experienced Bubble.io developer to become a long-term development partner for a commercial asset management platform. This is NOT a simple CRM or inspection app. We have developed a unique Roof Asset Lifecycle Management system used to document, analyze, monitor, and manage commercial roofing assets throughout their entire lifecycle. The application will initially be used internally by our company and will eventually have the potential to become a commercial SaaS platform. ---------------------------------------- PROJECT STATUS The business model has already been developed. The workflow has already been developed. The sample report has already been professionally designed. The application will be built around this report. You will NOT be creating the report design. You will be building the platform that creates and manages it. ---------------------------------------- PHASE 1 OBJECTIVE The first phase is focused entirely on software architecture. Deliverables include: • Database architecture • Data relationships • User roles • Navigation • Clean data entry forms • Basic dashboard • Scalable application structure No client portal is required. No PDF generation is required during Phase 1. No advanced automation is required during Phase 1. I want recommendations on database structure, scalability, workflows, and future expansion.
