Part-Time Evening Position | Weekly Pay + Commission We are a fast-growing mortgage overages, tax sale overages, and surplus funds company looking for an experienced CRM Manager who already knows Excess Elite and understands the mortgage overages industry. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step in with minimal training and help manage our evening operations. Compensation • Up to $10.00 per hour (based on experience) • 6% commission on every deal that closes • Paid weekly • Long-term growth opportunities for the right candidate Applicants without Excess Elite or mortgage overages experience may be considered at a significantly lower starting pay rate while training. Job Responsibilities • Manage and organize our Excess Elite CRM • Upload and import new leads into the CRM • Assign leads to team members • Verify data accuracy and keep records updated • Monitor workflows, automations, and follow-up sequences • Ensure text, email, and call campaigns are functioning properly • Review employee notes and verify proper CRM documentation • Set follow-up reminders and maintain pipeline organization • Track contracts and update lead statuses • Generate reports and identify bottlenecks • Work with our social media, research, and outreach teams to ensure leads are being processed correctly • Assist in improving CRM systems and operational efficiency • Help manage evening business operations Requirements • Previous experience using Excess Elite is REQUIRED • Experience in mortgage overages, surplus funds, tax sale overages, or a closely related industry is REQUIRED • Strong understanding of CRM management and automation • Excellent English communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Reliable internet and computer • Able to work evening hours Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing remote teams • Sales, follow-up, or closing experience • Knowledge of lead generation and marketing workflows • Experience with SMS, email campaigns, and CRM automation • Experience managing KPIs and employee productivity About Our Company We have multiple employees performing lead research, social media outreach, claimant communication, marketing, and attorney coordination.
