Experienced Packaging Graphic Designer for Print-Ready Artwork We are a communication agency looking for an **experienced freelance packaging graphic designer** for an ongoing collaboration across multiple projects. The selected professional will be responsible for creating **print-ready packaging artwork** based on designs that have already been developed, defined, and approved by our agency. This is not a concept design role. The task consists of adapting an existing design to the supplied packaging dieline and completing the artwork with all required content and technical information. Materials We Will Provide For each project, we will provide: * approved packaging design and visual layout; * packaging dieline; * product images; * logos and graphic assets; * marketing and descriptive copy; * ingredients; * allergen information; * nutrition facts; * storage and usage instructions; * legal information and company details; * barcodes, symbols, icons, and certifications; * examples of previously completed packaging, where available. Main Responsibilities The designer will be required to: * apply the existing design to the supplied dieline; * correctly arrange text, nutrition tables, and mandatory information; * follow the approved layout and brand identity; * check bleed, safety margins, folds, cutting lines, and glue areas; * correctly manage colours, spot colours, paths, and overprinting; * prepare clean, organised, and technically correct files; * check text readability and overall consistency; * report any missing materials or inconsistencies; * provide the editable Adobe Illustrator file and the final print-ready PDF. Requirements We are looking for a professional with: * proven experience in packaging design and artwork production; * excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator; * experience working with packaging dielines and print-ready files; * knowledge of prepress and printing requirements; * accuracy when handling text, nutrition tables, and technical information; * the ability to work within an already approved graphic concept; * strong attention to detail; * reliability and respect for deadlines; * availability for ongoing collaboration. Experience in food packaging and products intended for retail or large-scale distribution is highly preferred. Required Deliverables For each packaging project, the designer will be expected to provide: 1. an organised, editable Adobe Illustrator source file; 2. linked files and fonts, where required; 3. a high-resolution print-ready PDF; 4. a preview PDF, if requested; 5. artwork correctly prepared according to the supplied dieline and technical specifications.
