Hire a proven U.S. real estate wholesale operator for a permanent, long-term role. This is not for beginners, general VAs, or cold callers who need daily instructions. The operator must personally close deals and take full ownership of lead generation, acquisitions, dispositions, title coordination, and funded closings; recruit, train, coach, manage, and replace a remote team; build scripts, SOPs, CRM pipelines, automations, buyer-list systems, QA, and weekly forecasts; and be accountable for contracts, days-to-disposition, assignment fees, and funded revenue. Require 3+ years of U.S. wholesale experience, evidence of deals and revenue, team-building experience, fluent English, and U.S.-hours overlap. Pay $5–$15/hour plus bonuses, raises, and meaningful rewards for sustained results. We want to keep the right winner for life.
