Odoo Implementation Consultant Wanted — Initial ERP Rollout for Sports Retail Business Location: Remote Estimated Duration: 4–6 weeks About the Project We are a sport retail company of 4 physical running/sports stores located in Spain, with 2 online stores running on WooCommerce. We are implementing Odoo Enterprise Online (Standard plan, approximately 10 users) as our ERP system. We will handle the internal operational setup ourselves (inventory, product catalog, sales, and purchasing). We are looking for a specialist to take responsibility for the highest-risk fiscal and technical areas that require proven prior experience. Current status: The project has just started and no prior configuration has been completed. Scope of Work — Must-Haves 1. TicketBAI Implementation (Mandatory, Non-Negotiable) Full configuration of the l10n_es_edi_TBAI module for the Gipuzkoa Provincial Treasury (Hacienda Foral de Gipuzkoa). Installation and validation of the Izenpe digital certificate (P12 format). Testing in the TicketBAI test environment before production validation. Verification that TicketBAI invoices are generated and submitted correctly from both Point of Sale (POS) and Accounting. Production go-live support and validation. 2. POS + Accounting Integration Verification that POS and Accounting are correctly integrated and operate as a single fiscal backend. Fiscal configuration for all 4 stores: Journals Invoice sequences Payment methods 3. Product Variant Structure (Sizes) Define and configure the product attribute structure: Footwear with US sizing differentiated by gender (men's and women's sizes are not equivalent). Apparel with standard XS–XL sizing. Ensure stock is not unnecessarily duplicated. EU/UK size equivalents should be handled as descriptive information rather than independent product variants. 4. Base System Configuration Completion Company setup. Spanish VAT configuration (21% / 10% / 4%). POS configuration for all 4 stores. Delivery of brief documentation describing the fiscal configuration for internal reference. 5. Inventory & Purchasing Configuration (Templates and Structure, Not Just Design) Complete configuration of warehouse/location structure for the 4 stores (multi-warehouse setup). Purchasing rules and replenishment workflows configured and operational. Import templates for: Product master data Initial inventory loading Our team will perform the actual import process using these templates. The consultant is expected to deliver validated configurations and ready-to-use templates, not just conceptual designs. 6. Inter-Store Stock Replenishment Reporting Configuration of transfer/replenishment rules between the 4 stores (minimum stock levels and inter-warehouse replenishment rules). Native Odoo reports and/or dashboards showing replenishment requirements by store. Out of Scope (Handled Internally) Mass catalog import from Excel (we will use the templates provided under item 5 and perform the import ourselves). Daily inventory, purchasing, and sales operations (configuration and templates are included in scope under item 5). WooCommerce synchronization. Attendance and Planning modules. Candidate Requirements Proven experience implementing TicketBAI in Odoo, specifically with TBAI and Izenpe. Knowledge of the Basque Provincial Tax Environment (Gipuzkoa / Basque Country). TicketBAI implementations differ between the various provincial tax authorities. Experience with Odoo Enterprise Online, especially POS and Accounting modules. Previous retail experience with product variants (sizes/colors) is highly valued. Deliverables Fully operational and production-approved Izenpe certificate. TicketBAI invoices successfully validated in both testing and production environments. Finalized and documented size structure. Fully configured warehouse/location structure and purchasing rules, including validated import templates. Configured inter-store replenishment rules and at least one functional report/dashboard. Brief fiscal configuration report delivered in Word or PDF format. How to Apply Please include: Details of previous TicketBAI projects implemented in Odoo (preferably with verifiable references).
