Virtual Assistant | GoHighLevel + Instagram DM Management Description: We're looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our team with GoHighLevel, Instagram DM management, and general CRM operations. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys organized systems, follows processes carefully, and communicates professionally. Working Hours Monday to Friday 3–4 hours per day Responsibilities Instagram Manually reply to Instagram DMs Follow up with leads Continue conversations using provided guidelines Qualify prospects Book appointments when required GoHighLevel Update pipeline stages Tag and organize contacts Manage CRM records Send emails using provided templates Build and update automations Create and edit funnels from provided mockup designs Maintain workflows and ensure everything stays organized Requirements Experience using GoHighLevel Experience managing Instagram DMs manually Good understanding of CRM workflows Able to follow SOPs and guidelines carefully Comfortable building funnels from provided designs Basic understanding of GoHighLevel automations Strong written English and ability to understand instructions Detail-oriented and dependable To Apply Please include: Your experience with GoHighLevel Your experience with Instagram DM management Examples of funnels or automations you've built Why you're interested in a long-term role Your availability to start Only apply if you have hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and can commit to a long-term partnership.
