I have a batch of Excel spreadsheets populated with different tables, pivot sheets, and occasionally embedded formulas. My goal is to pull out only the relevant financial data—figures such as total revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, net profit, and any notes linked to those amounts—and consolidate everything into one clean, well-structured file. Accuracy takes priority over speed, so each number needs to be double-checked before it is transferred. The source files vary slightly in layout, so a careful eye for inconsistencies will help keep columns aligned and avoid copy-paste errors. Deliverables • A single master Excel sheet (or CSV if preferred) containing all extracted financial fields, clearly labeled. • A brief log noting any missing or ambiguous values and where they appeared. I will supply the spreadsheets once we agree on the approach and timeline, and I can clarify the exact cell ranges if required. Please keep formulas intact where they already exist, but remove any formatting that might interfere with downstream analysis.
