I am building a digital question bank covering every Maharashtra State Board textbook from Std. 3 through Std. 10. For each chapter I need the complete set of exercises: the Multiple-Choice Questions, the short-answer items, and the long-answer items exactly as they appear in the books. Organisation • Keep everything strictly chapter-wise. • MCQs go into a single Excel (.xlsx) file. Include columns for Grade, Subject, Chapter, Question, Option A-D, Correct Option, and any official hints or explanations that appear in the text. • Short- and long-answer exercises go into separate flat-structure JSON files. A simple key set such as grade, subject, chapter, question, and type is enough. The values may remain wrapped in basic HTML tags; I will embed them directly into a webpage later. Accuracy is critical: copy wording and punctuation exactly, preserve any diagrams or special characters, and double-check option labels against the originals. Use whatever method you prefer—manual entry, OCR plus cleanup, or light scraping—but the final content must be error-free and complete for every chapter. Deliver all files in one organised folder tree (Std → Subject → Chapter) so I can slot them straight into my system.
