*This is a Full-Time Job, Onsite - Thailand* Factory Operations Manager – Aluminium / uPVC Windows & Doors Company: MODA Windows & Doors Thailand Experience: 5–7 Years Salary + Performance Bonus: THB 40,000+ Location: Thailand About MODA Windows & Doors Thailand MODA Windows & Doors Thailand is a leading manufacturer of premium aluminium and uPVC windows and doors, serving residential, commercial and luxury development projects across Thailand. We are looking for an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead our factory operations, drive continuous improvement, maximise productivity, maintain the highest quality standards, and support the company's long-term growth. Key Responsibilities * Production Planning – Plan and manage daily, weekly and monthly production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. * Material Planning & Procurement Coordination – Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to ensure all required materials are available before production starts. * Warehouse Management – Oversee inventory, stock accuracy, material flow and warehouse operations. * Factory Operations – Lead and manage the entire factory operation, ensuring maximum productivity, efficiency, safety and operational excellence. * Quality Control – Ensure all products meet company quality standards before delivery. * Delivery & Logistics Coordination – Coordinate production completion with delivery schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time. * Installation Coordination – Work closely with installation teams to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and company standards. * Manpower Management – Lead, train, coach, evaluate and develop factory and operations personnel while maintaining high performance, discipline and teamwork. * KPI & Performance Management – Monitor and improve production efficiency, quality, lead time, waste, productivity and other operational KPIs. * Continuous Improvement – Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, eliminate waste and increase operational efficiency. * Cross-Department Coordination – Coordinate daily with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Installation and After-Sales departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. * Problem Solving & Decision Making – Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively while making decisions that minimise delays, reduce costs and maintain customer satisfaction. * Budget & Cost Control – Monitor operational costs, improve efficiency and ensure effective use of company resources. * ISO & Process Compliance – Ensure compliance with company procedures, ISO standards and all operational processes. * Strategic Operations Development – Develop, improve and standardise systems, workflows and operational processes to support the company's long-term growth.
