PROJECT DESCRIPTION: I am a father of three children, fighting unlawful total exclusion from my kids since 5 May 2026 – enforced on orders that were not legally sealed or valid at the time, with no lawful cause or safety evidence. My son Johnny turned 8 today; my daughter Zara turns 5 on 9 August – these milestones are being lost forever without contact. Urgent interim contact is also needed alongside compensation and judicial review. I have proven repeated breaches of the Children Act 1989, PACE, and every core Article of the ECHR, with full evidence, timelines, and official records. Domestic bodies – courts, police, Cafcass, JCIO, JACO, MoJ – have all delayed, ignored proof, or refused to act. My case is now registered with the UN Human Rights Council (Ref WUR35523) and being prepared for the European Court of Human Rights.
