Family Tree Book Update System

I inherited a beautifully laid-out family-tree book, supplied only as Adobe Acrobat PDFs, after our genealogist passed away. Since then I’ve been collecting new births, marriages, photos and stories through a Google Form, and it is time to fold those updates back into the book without losing the distinctive look, typography and page structure that everyone knows. Here’s what I need: • A repeatable, documented workflow—starting from the Google Form responses and ending with an updated, press-ready PDF—that I can follow every time the family sends fresh information. • Page-level formatting and design inside Adobe Acrobat (or any companion tool you recommend) so the new entries match the existing style perfectly: consistent fonts, spacing, ancestor numbering, photo frames, footnotes and index references. • A master template or style guide I can hand to future caretakers, eliminating guesswork and protecting accuracy. • One sample section produced with real data so I can see the process in action and confirm fidelity to the original layout. Absolute accuracy is critical; each name, date and relationship must carry over exactly as supplied. An eye for micro-detail—alignment, hyphenation, family-numbering conventions—will decide success here. If you also have suggestions for light automation (for example, scripts or Acrobat Actions to populate recurring text blocks) I’m open to them, provided the core formatting remains intact and easy for a non-coder to run. When you reply, please show examples of long-form PDF publications you have maintained or updated, especially genealogies, yearbooks or memorial books, and outline how you would bridge Google Form data into Acrobat while preserving design precision. 2 page excerpts included for reference.
