The goal is to create a cloud-based Agriculture SaaS that streamlines day-to-day farm management while staying lightweight enough for any size operation. Everything centres on two core modules: • Equipment management – log assets, schedule maintenance, track utilisation and receive reminders before downtime strikes. • Financial management – record expenses and income, tag transactions to specific fields or machines, and generate clear profit-and-loss snapshots for every season. Both a responsive web application and a companion mobile app are required so that field staff can update data on the go while managers review dashboards from any browser. A single codebase with a shared API is preferred to keep feature parity across platforms. Key expectations • Multi-tenant architecture so each farm operates in its own secure workspace. • Role-based access (e.g., owner, manager, worker) with granular permissions. • Clean, intuitive UI/UX that works offline first on mobile then syncs once re-connected. • Scalable infrastructure ready for future add-ons like crop monitoring or market analytics. Typical stacks such as React or Vue on the front end and a robust backend (Node.js, Django, or similar with PostgreSQL) would suit the project well, though I’m open to alternatives you recommend.
