I’m refining the entire project-management framework for my commercial roofing business and the next crucial step is to shift our paper inspection checklists into FastField. Your job is to build robust, ready-to-deploy inspection forms inside the platform so my crews can capture data on-site and feed it straight into our ITP and hand-over workflow. You’ll start with our existing paper templates, map each field into FastField, set up conditional logic, mandatory photo capture, signature blocks, and auto-generated PDF output. The goal is a clean, mobile-friendly form my supervisors can complete in minutes while still collecting every detail we need for quality assurance and safety compliance. Once these inspection forms are live I’ll fold them into toolbox talks, pre-site checklists, and the broader PM framework, so design with future reuse in mind. If you’ve built FastField forms before—especially for construction or roofing—tell me about it, and include a sample PDF export or screenshots so I can see your style. Deliverables • Fully configured FastField inspection form(s) ready for deployment • Branded PDF output template matching our logo and colours • Brief hand-off notes or Loom walkthrough so my internal team can edit fields later I’m ready to get this moving right away and will be responsive with samples, field lists, and branding assets as soon as we kick off.
