Fatek & CODESYS PLC Programming

I’m upgrading a machine line that relies on two controller families—Fatek (ladder via WinProladder) and CODESYS V3. Some routines are already in place, but they need tightening, better commenting, and a few added safety interlocks. Other sequences—especially for new actuators being installed next month—will have to be built from scratch. The system is composed of one motor and two pumps—one for filling and the other for emptying the tank. A ventilator starts with the motor and operates during its run and off cycles. The pump must fill the tank with product every 2 hours. You’ll start by analysing the existing projects I’ll provide (.prj and .cds files, I/O list, functional spec). From there, I need clean, well-commented ladder or structured text that drives reliable machine control, compiles error-free on both platforms, and is easy for my maintenance crew to follow. Remote access for testing is set up through VPN, so we can run live simulations before I sign off on the changes. Deliverables • Updated and newly written code for both PLC families • Documentation pack: I/O map, change log, brief commissioning notes • Verification that every routine passes a dry-run simulation and live test without faults If you have solid experience juggling Fatek ladder and CODESYS tasks in the same project, I’m ready to share the files and schedule our first remote session.
