I am charged with felony larceny, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, and possession of stolen goods. The matter is already set for trial, and I require full courtroom representation from an attorney licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. To date, the State has produced no credible evidence tying me to these allegations—I was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
