I’m looking for a female virtual assistant who can keep both our Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp channels running smoothly while also moderating live client calls. Your day-to-day on chat will focus on answering routine questions promptly and clearly so conversations stay on track. Anything outside the script or your remit just needs flagging to me or the right department—no heavy filtering work, simply fast, friendly replies that reassure clients they’re heard. When we jump on client calls, I need you to open the meeting, make sure everyone has a voice, step in with polite reminders if topics drift, and handle those same basic questions in real time. A concise recap or action-point list sent right after each call will close the loop. Reliability, a professional yet warm tone, and solid familiarity with Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and standard call etiquette are must-haves.
