I have a finished fiction manuscript that now needs a meticulous once-over. While I’m happy with the voice, I want a sharp eye on two specific areas: plot consistency and the authenticity of dialogue. Please comb through the story scene by scene, flagging any leaps in logic, timeline slips, or unresolved threads, and fine-tune each line of dialogue so it sounds natural for every character. We’ll work in Word with Track Changes turned on so I can review every tweak. Alongside the marked-up file, include a brief editorial memo summarising major plot notes and explaining any substantial dialogue revisions. If you spot minor grammar or punctuation issues along the way, feel free to correct them, but the heart of the job is storytelling clarity and believable speech. Once I receive both the annotated manuscript and the memo, I’ll read through and, if everything is clear and all loose ends are highlighted or resolved, I’ll consider the project complete.
