I need a tailored software tool that lets me manage FIDIC-based construction contracts from start to finish. The core objective is streamlined contract management, so every module should speak the language of the FIDIC Red and Yellow Books and handle the day-to-day administration that comes with large site works. Key functions I want built in: • Change order management – log variations, attach supporting documents, and route them for approval with a full audit trail. • Progress tracking – record site progress against the contract programme and instantly see earned value vs. plan. • Payment scheduling – generate interim payment certificates, track retention, and flag upcoming milestones. The system must handle multiple projects at once, support role-based access for engineers, contractors, and the client’s commercial team, and export data to Excel and PDF. A clean web interface (React or similar) backed by a robust database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or another open-source option) would be ideal, but I’m open to your suggested stack as long as it is easy to maintain on a standard VPS. Deliverables: 1. Functional prototype demonstrating the three core features. 2. Source code with clear installation instructions. 3. Brief user guide so our team can get started without extra training.
