I already have rough, DIY-level drawings for a small storage locker. I now need them elevated into construction-ready blueprints that a contractor can follow without hesitation. The core of the job is to take my existing sketches, refine all dimensions, add any missing structural details, and clearly call out every material required for the walls and roof. I know the wall finish will be wood, but I haven’t settled on a specific species or panel product yet, so I’ll look to you for practical guidance—cost, durability, appearance, and availability are all factors. The roof finish is still open to suggestion as well, and I’d appreciate your recommendations there too. Please deliver: • A complete set of scaled, fully annotated drawings (PDF + original CAD or Revit files) suitable for permit submission or direct hand-off to a builder. • A concise materials schedule specifying wall lumber options, roof assembly, fasteners, and any trims or flashings you feel are essential.
