Statement of Work Milestone 5: Phase 1 - IEP Task 3 Final V1.1 - Bringing it all together Project: IEP SaaS Application SOW 5 Overview This SOW focuses on finalizing Phase 1 requirements. Effective Date: ASAP Independent Contractor Experience Requirements Full Stack Developer with 6 - 10 years of experience using Lovable/Vercel (very important) Frontend UI framework (visual editor, JavaScript, CSS); Supabase + Postres + Auth + Row Level Security repository, GitHub and Resend (strong knowledge); SaaS launch experience (very important); Comfortable working with pre-existing codebase framework (requires a focus attention to details); Clear communication (English). Scope of Work The Contractor must be proficient in stack tools and work as part of a team to complete Milestone 5: Task 3 - IEP Task 3 - Final V1.1 Bringing it all together. This includes validating implemented processes accuracy, applying identified App changes in a seamless workflow, connecting missing Website landing page requirements and deploying Task 1 and Task 2. Task 1- goals are: Provide a current printout of the Project full schema (include Tables and attributes) Google Docs format Restore and Validate Website landing page (Dashboard) functionality Implement changes for UI/UX (requirements pdf) Implement Demo - (converted slide presentation pdf) Implement requirements to create Reusable template (2 workflows), and Budget functions (requirements pdf) Update and align resource directory tables with correct category, types and amenities Functions cleanly (pattern = directory > category > type > amenities . Complete Acceptance Testing (Admin) Deploy Starter plan Start Date: July 16, 2026 Due Date: July 20, 2026 Duration: 8 hours Fix Rate: $200.00 Acceptance Criteria The website displays all information and functions end to end that includes(Sign in/up). connects successfully from the App Website/dashboard.. Clean Process functions without errors Test flows: create change request (mobile + desktop), accept via admin action, verify tasks update and that an email notification is triggered. Task 2 goals are: Initiate Marketing Campaign Plan (requirements pdf) Initiate Vendor Marketing Plan (requirements pdf) Validate implemented Multi-location process in Change Request process Validate Implemented Merge Plan clean end to end (requirements pdf) Update Directory with categories and types Implement additional marketing states Validate setup Stripe process Validate setup User (subscribers) Invoicing system Complete Acceptance Testing (Admin) Deploy Pro Plan Start Date: July 21, 2026 Due Date: July 24, 2026 Duration: 7 hours Fix Rate: $150.00 Acceptance Criteria Test flows: create change request (mobile + desktop), accept via admin action, verify tasks update and that an email notification is triggered.
