I need a skilled finance administrator who can take full responsibility for our bookkeeping and guide me in choosing the right accounting platform. Right now the core priority is orderly, up-to-date Pembukuan; later on I may expand the scope to formal reports or budget management, but for the moment the focus is simply getting every transaction classified, reconciled, and stored in a system that fits the size of the business. I do not yet use any bookkeeping software, so you will start by recommending the most suitable cloud-based solution (for example Xero, QuickBooks Online, Wave, or another option you prefer). Please justify your suggestion based on cost, local tax compliance, multi-currency capability, and ease of use for a non-accountant owner. Once the tool is selected, I will need you to: • Create the company file, chart of accounts, and opening balances • Enter or import historic data for the current fiscal year • Reconcile bank, e-wallet, and credit card statements • Set up simple monthly workflows so that future entries stay current Deliverables will be considered accepted when the books match my latest bank statements to the cent and I receive a short video or written SOP showing how I can post daily transactions myself if needed. Fluency in Indonesian is preferred because source documents are in Bahasa, but you should also be comfortable with standard accounting terminology in English.
