I need someone who can take day-to-day financial figures off my hands and enter them accurately into the system I already have in place. The work centres on core accounting information—think invoices, payments, reconciliations—so solid familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or Xero will be useful. Accuracy and timeliness are essential because these numbers feed directly into monthly reports I share with stakeholders. When you reply, please highlight your experience managing similar financial datasets and any tools you regularly use. If you have suggestions for streamlining the workflow, I’m open to them as long as you keep the records clean, organised, and ready for quick retrieval. Deliverables will be: • All transactions entered and categorised by the agreed-upon cut-off date • A brief summary of any discrepancies or questions that arise during entry • Updated export (CSV or PDF) so I can review totals at a glance I’d like to start within the week and keep this running as an ongoing engagement once we establish a smooth rhythm.
