I already have a full set of draft spreadsheets, term sheets, and pitch slides for a small friends-and-family investment round in a new resort venture. What I now need is a Chartered Accountant who can sharpen every line of the numbers and paperwork so they stand up to scrutiny and comply with Indian regulations. Most of the groundwork is done: the budget-and-forecast model is in place and reasonably detailed. However, I want it stress-tested for scenarios that include a CCD option or a modest credit line, making sure the assumptions flow cleanly through revenue, expense, and cash-flow tabs. Alongside that, I’d like you to review the term sheet, tighten the cap-table logic, and flag any Companies Act, FEMA, or SEBI issues I may have missed.
