Our FinTech web app is moving into the next release, and the spotlight is now on the Bill Payments and User Management modules. I need an expert who can shape these areas end-to-end, ensuring they perform smoothly, scale cleanly, and stay rock-solid secure. Scope • Bill Payments—build out the complete workflow, wire it to our existing payment gateway, and make sure every transaction is logged and auditable. • User Management—create robust CRUD screens, role-based access, and detailed activity tracking. • Automated SMS reminders & payment notifications—triggered by due dates, failures, or successful posts. Tech stack you will be swimming in: C#, ASP.NET Core (MVC & Web API), SQL Server, React.js on the front end, plus GitHub for version control. Strong API integration skills, performance tuning instincts, and an eye for security best practices are essential. Deliverables 1. Production-ready Bill Payment and User Management features merged into the main branch. 2. End-to-end automated tests and deployment scripts. 3. Documentation covering setup, APIs, and notification logic. 4. A concise code review summary highlighting optimizations and security hardening applied. Acceptance criteria • All SMS reminders fire accurately based on configurable schedules. • Payments process through the gateway with retries and error handling. • No major performance regressions (≤200 ms average response on key endpoints). • Zero critical issues in the final code review.
