I need a complete, permit-ready set of fire-alarm system plans for an upcoming project. I will supply the architectural floor plans (PDF and DWG) along with device counts and any site notes; you turn that information into a full design package that an Authority Having Jurisdiction can approve on first pass. All work must follow the latest NFPA 72 edition, plus any local amendments we identify together. The drawings should be produced in AutoCAD so I can re-layer them into the master construction set. A clean, bookmarked PDF for submission must accompany the CAD files. Please indicate your turnaround time and the number of revision cycles you include. Deliverables • Plan sheets with device layout and addressing • Riser diagram showing circuit classes and cable types • Voltage-drop and battery calculations (Excel or PDF) • Equipment legend and concise design narrative I will review within 24 hours of receipt; the project is considered complete once the plans clear permit review.
