The Connecteam ↔ Xero link that drives my fortnightly payroll is throwing up errors every time I try to run a pay-run. In Xero I’m seeing both incorrect calculations and outright failed transactions once the data syncs across, so staff totals and journals never balance. I’ve already walked through the usual troubleshooting steps (token refresh, re-mapping, re-sync) but the problems remain. What I need now is a specialist who knows the Connecteam and Xero APIs inside out to: • trace the root cause of the calculation discrepancies and transaction failures • repair or rebuild the integration so timesheets, pay rates, and leave balances flow cleanly into Xero • configure Xero Payroll itself so payments can be processed directly from Xero once the data is fixed • prove the fix with a successful test pay-run, plus a short hand-over note outlining any settings you adjust If you’ve untangled similar payroll integrations before, I’m ready to get started right away so the next pay cycle runs without drama.
