My Google Business Profile is completely built out, but the verification is still marked “Pending verification.” I tried Google’s video verification for my business address and ended up with error messages instead of the green check-mark. I need someone who already knows the ins and outs of Google My Business support channels, common verification pitfalls, and the quickest workaround when video verification fails. The goal is simple: get the address on my existing profile fully verified so customers can see my listing live without warnings.
