My Google Merchant Center has been flagged for possible misrepresentation and the account is currently suspended. Google’s notice highlights gaps in transparency and reputation signals, and I need a specialist who can bring the account and my Shopify store back into full compliance so the suspension is lifted. Here is my current status: • The store already carries a clean, professional layout and is secured with an SSL certificate. • Legal pages, contact details, shipping & return policies, and other business-identity information are live. • What’s missing are trust signals—no customer reviews or third-party badges are displayed. Your task is to review the Merchant Center and site, correct every point that could trigger the Misrepresentation policy, and submit the appeal for reinstatement. Deliverables 1. Complete audit report outlining each compliance issue you find. 2. Implementation of fixes: – Add or integrate genuine product and store reviews (Loox, Judge.me, stamped.io or your recommended tool). – Embed verifiable trust badges or seals appropriate to the business model. – Align all product data (titles, prices, availability, GTIN) between the feed and the live store. – Update business information settings inside Merchant Center to mirror the website. 3. SEO touch-ups that improve eligibility for Google seller ratings. 4. Draft and submit the formal appeal through Merchant Center, then monitor until approval. Acceptance criteria: Account reinstated by Google and product listings live without policy warnings. Please be comfortable working directly in Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Shopify admin, and any review-app dashboard required.
