My Konica Minolta Bizhub PRO C6000 production printer in Penang has gone down and is now cycling through several error codes. I managed to record a few of them, but not the entire sequence, so part of the job will be to capture the full fault log, isolate the root cause, and carry out the necessary repairs on-site. You’ll need solid hands-on experience with the C6000 (or the closely related C7000/C6500 series), familiarity with its service mode, firmware, and common hardware failures—fuser, transfer belt, image processing board, sensors, etc. Please come prepared with the diagnostic software, basic spare parts, and calibration tools so we can keep downtime to a minimum. Expected outcome • Complete diagnostic report listing all retrieved error codes and their causes • Replacement or repair of the faulty component(s) • Final run of test prints confirming normal operation and colour registration If you have local parts access in Malaysia, let me know—it will speed things up.
