Emails sent from our Microsoft 365 mailbox never reach several large oil-and-gas companies. They vanish silently—no bounce-backs, no error codes—yet our reputation checks show the domain and IP are clean. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are already in place, so the usual basics look fine. I need a specialist who can dive deeper into Exchange Online settings, message headers, and any downstream filtering that might be flagging our traffic. Think transport rules, connector misconfigurations, TLS cipher issues, or reputation quirks that only show up with enterprise-grade security gateways.
